Wakering Yacht Club

The first saturday of each month is a social evening.

On this evening you can bring friends, have a drink, play a game of darts, pool, crib, any other game that you enjoy or just have a chat.

In the Summer we will be having BBQ`s and when we have our own disco equipment we will be able to have a really good evening at the drop of a hat. A lot of people have worked hard and have been very generous to raise the money needed to buy the disco equipment.

WYC members are invited to Strood Yacht Club Regatta. Members wanting to go please add name to list in Club house for a berth at Strood !

Saturday 22nd November - LAYING UP DINNER

We will have more information on this event nearer the time, please make a note of the date in your diary so that you are available for one of the best evenings.

December

Saturday 13th December - CHRISTMAS DISCO & LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

A very good evenings entertainment, there will also be a buffet.All this for just £10.00 per person, so invite your friends and have a really good evening. Starts 7.30 p.m.

Sunday 21st December - CHRISTMAS DINNER

A 3 course traditional meal with all the trimmings for just £12.00 per person. You will need to book for the event.

Wednesday 24th December - CHRISTMAS EVE

Come and join in wishing all members a merry Christmas and prosperous New Year with mince pies, sausage rolls and Mulled wine. In the past Father Christmas has dropped in to see the children and brought them a present , so let`s hope he remembers us this year. The evening usually starts at 5 p.m. and finishes about 9 p.m. Watch out for more information nearer the time.
